Welcome to Ai2human ("Ai2human," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://ai2human.app (the "Site") and any products, applications, features, or services we provide that reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services include AI-assisted text transformation and related tools for content creators and businesses.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Overview of the Services

Ai2human offers tools that enhance and transform user-supplied text using machine learning models. Output quality may vary by input, configuration, and model choice. We may update or modify the Services from time to time, including adding or removing features.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and use the Services in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Our IP

We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the software, site design, user interfaces, data models, and any other materials we provide (collectively, the "Ai2human Materials"). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your Content & Outputs

You retain ownership of the text, data, files, prompts, and other content you submit ("User Content") and of the AI-generated outputs produced for you by the Services ("Outputs"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the Ai2human Materials solely as necessary to use the Services.

License to Operate the Services

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services (including security, quality, and reliability). Where legally required, we will seek your consent for any optional use.

Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate or infringe third-party rights (e.g., IP, privacy, publicity)
  • upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
  • attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or derive source code except as permitted by law
  • use the Services to create or disseminate spam, malware, deepfakes intended to deceive, or automated abuse
  • bypass usage limits or fees, or resell access without our permission

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (linked on the Site). We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with vendors only as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, or protect our rights.

If you are an organization processing personal data via the Services, a data processing addendum ("DPA") may be available on request.

6. Plans, Billing & Payments (Paddle)

Merchant of Record

Payments for the Services are handled by Paddle as our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and any applicable Paddle policies. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and certain tax calculations/remittances.

Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Ultimate) and may offer trials or promotions. Plan features, limits, and pricing are listed on the Site and may change from time to time.

Billing Cycles & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method via Paddle.

Taxes & Failed Payments

Prices may exclude taxes, which will be calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable. If a payment fails, your access may be paused or reduced until the issue is resolved.

7. Cancellations, Downgrades & Refunds

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account/billing portal (managed by Paddle). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Feature or usage limits for the downgraded plan will apply after the change.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly permitted by our Refund Policy or Paddle, payments are non-refundable. Paddle may handle refunds in accordance with its policies and applicable consumer laws.

8. Webhooks, Integrations & Third-Party Links

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools and sites. We do not control third-party content or policies and are not responsible for them.

If you connect third-party services to Ai2human, you authorize us to exchange data with those services as necessary to provide the integration.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

We may impose or adjust usage limits (e.g., rate limits, content size, monthly credits) to maintain Service quality.

10. Disclaimers

Important Legal Notice

THE SERVICES AND AI2HUMAN MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER AI2HUMAN NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AI2HUMAN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Ai2human, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your User Content; (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by posting on the Site or emailing you). The updated Terms will be effective as of the posted effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
